Fair Trade Market Days

CDA is a strong supporter of improving the Quality of Life through our Circle of Love. To promote Social Awareness, our parish community will host a Fair Trade Market day where vendors will sell their goods that are in accordance with Fair Trade guidelines. To offer our support CDA members will bake brownies made from Fair Trade ingredients and sell to support the parish and promote Fair Trade awareness.

First Friday Adoration
Date : Friday June 4th - Saturday June 5th
Time : Noon Friday - 7 am Saturday

Monthly Eucharistic Adoration held each First Friday of the month. Please take one hour of your month and spend it with Our Lord, celebrating his gifts. This is a Parish wide activity but as Catholic Daughters it is important for us to lead by example in this celebration. The Knights do have a member present during each hour. Let's try to meet that same level of support. Make sure to let Mariette know if you will/did participate.


Fall Fest Summer Bingo Dinner

Our court is asked to sponsor and help out the parish in a variety of different ways. One such event is to sponsor and serve the dinner served for one of the Fall Fest Bingo Dinners. Several of our members will provide food and serve to help raise funds for our annual parish Fall Festival.

Priest Appreciation Dinner

Our court celebrates the service and guidance of our Parish priests and deacons. At this dinner it is our opportunity to show our appreciation for all they bring to our parish and community. Dinner is held as a potluck prior to our regularly scheduled business meeting.

Interfaith Hospitality Dinner
Date : Tuesday June 22nd
Time : 4pm - 6pm delivery, Dinner 6 - 8pm
Location : St. Ignatius Annex

Four times a year, our parish is host to homeless families from our community which are able to stay together as a family unit through the InterFaith Hospitality Network. Our court is responsible for the meal preparation and service for one of the evenings during each of those stays. In addition to the food for the meal, our members dine with the families and spend time visiting and give a sense of community. If you are interested in helping with the meal preparation or dining with the families please contact Sirene Brunell for more info or sign-up at the next meeting.

Annual Planning & Budget Meeting

Once a year we hold a planning and budget meeting to discuss items for the upcoming year. All members are requested to attend and bring their ideas and sign up for the various chairs and committees. This is a working meeting and participants are asked to bring a sack dinner and lots of energy and ideas!
